Tecniche enologica
Grapes are hand-harvested then destemmed and crushed. “Superiore” means higher quality level, in fact only the best grapes are selected for making this wine and then it is aged in Oak barrels. During this time the malolactic fermentation is completed, finally it is aged a few months in bottle so the wine becomes softer and very pleasant once in the glass.
