Oenological practice
After maturation, grapes get hand-harvested and destemming-crushed. This mixture is left to macerate with the stems and skins to acquire the characteristic vegetal aromas. After racking and the completion of alcoholic fermentation, it is aged for a few months in steel tanks and immediately bottled afterwards.

Pale yellow with a golden sheen. Very intense aroma, with a pleasant floral scent and a note of tropical fruits.

Perfect with cooked or raw fish appetisers, main courses and delicate risottos dishes.
