Hand harvested during the first 10-20 days of October, after which grapes are destemmed and crushed. As the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine gets refined in steel before it is barreled.
Bright ruby red colour, elegant taste with cherry notes and spiced hints of black pepper.
It pairs well with Mediterranean-style pasta or flavourful risotto such as with mushrooms or truffles.
