How and where to ship the wine

You can use the method most convenient for you to ship the wine (post, courier, etc.) with shipping costs at your expense.

How much time do I have to ship the wine

The wine must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the same

What is the time frame for the refund

Once the bottles of wine have been received, we will immediately activate the refund procedures. The times will depend on the payment method you used. In any case they will not be longer than 10 days.

A minimum purchase of 3 bottles and a maximum of 24 of all types of wines is required to validate your order.

Shipping in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark and Poland for 50,00€.
